This is a beautifully constructed contemporary ocean view home with easy beach access. On three levels you will find privacy and plenty of space for the entire family. There are 2 master suites with queen beds and private baths on the first level and a family bunk and queen sofa sleeper on the third level. The second level has a nicely appointed kitchen with all of the amenities of home as well as a spacious open floor plan. There is a large dining table with views of the Pacific Ocean, the Yachats Bay, and a spectacular night time view of Yachats. Just south of the Yachats River bridge with an easy path to sandy and rocky beaches.

Living Room: TV/VCR/DVD, cable, CD player, Pellet Stove, Queen Futon with nice views and a deck.
Dining Room: Dining table with chairs and beautiful views of the Ocean and the Yachats nightscape.
Kitchen: Fully Equipped with Jenn-Aire range, microwave, dishwasher, and trash compactor.
Bathroom: Second level with Tub/Shower
Crows Nest: Family bunk bed with double on bottom and single on top, Queen Sofa sleeper, and a small deck. Terrific Ocean Views!
