It has unobstructed 180-degree views of the majestic Pacific Ocean, crashing rocky coast waves, and spectacular Cape Perpetua. Both bedrooms have excellent ocean views and the waves' gentle roar will lull you to sleep and greet you each morning. Watch a parade of sea lions, otters, pelicans and whales while you bask in the glow of the large brick fireplace in the beamed-ceiling living room - or perhaps while enjoying the fresh ocean air on the large west or south-facing deck.

Explore for agates, jade and shells at the easy-access rocky beach and tide pools. It's a short walk to Yachats State Park, many art galleries, restaurants and shopping. The adjacent historic 804 Trail provides miles of walking or jogging through sandy beaches, rocky coast and lush plant life.

You will be relaxed and revitalized by your visit with the ever-changing Pacific Ocean, stars and sky! And your dog will love the roomy fenced/gated backyard lawn that faces the Big Sea.
